Crockett Fantasy of Lights announced that it had acquired Dallas-based Extreme Lightscapes, a producer of synchronized holiday displays and commercial light shows. The company said the transaction had been announced at a 2022 trade show; NewswireJet carried the release in June 2023. The historical statement described the purchase of all outstanding shares and a move of operations to Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
The announcement said founder Darren Vader would remain involved in business development and named Darrell and Michelle Pellegrin in leadership roles.
