Announcement
EcoCare Australia introduced its Leach Drain Kit as part of its wastewater-treatment range in a release NewswireJet carried in June 2023. The company described a combination of activator, cultures, and a pH component intended to address fats, oils, and organic blockages in a leach drain. EcoCare's current product page identifies the LD Kit and its components, with present instructions linked by the manufacturer.
The earlier release cited an 85% restoration rate across 103 company tests and compared the cost favorably with physical repairs. Those are issuer-reported results, not a guarantee for a particular property or an independently reviewed study. Drain failure can also have causes that a biological product will not fix, including physical damage, poor siting, overloaded systems, or unsuitable soil conditions. The manufacturer itself notes that timing can vary.
A property owner should follow the current label and local wastewater requirements, and seek a qualified septic professional when a system is backing up, leaking, or creating a health hazard. This page records the product launch without promising repair, a specific time to improvement, or savings compared with a site-specific diagnosis.
