GetDandy announced in December 2024 that its review-management system had helped remove more than 100,000 reviews it classified as unfair or illegitimate. The company describes software that monitors online listings, identifies potential platform-policy violations, and submits disputes. Its own help center repeats the 100,000-plus figure and explains the categories it looks for, including off-topic content and fake engagement.
The count is the company's reported milestone, not an independently audited total. It does not mean that every negative review is removable, that a business can delete legitimate criticism, or that removal is guaranteed after a dispute. Review platforms make their own moderation decisions under their published rules. GetDandy also offers review requests and response tools, which are distinct from challenging a policy-violating post.
Businesses assessing a reputation-management service should ask which platforms are covered, what evidence is used in disputes, how success is counted, and whether outreach and incentives comply with platform policies. They should also compare the service's present contract and privacy terms. The 2024 milestone describes a past company claim, not a promise of a particular result for a new customer.
