Announcement
JobHireHub promoted a funding campaign in October 2022 for its remote-work marketplace. The startup described a system through which organizations could create branded job boards, connect with contractors, plan projects, and manage work in one place. Its Wefunder page presents that white-label model and describes an initial partner use case for the technology.
The company's original announcement discussed equity crowdfunding, but the surviving Wefunder page says it was testing investor interest and could not accept money until the required filing and offering process were complete. A displayed fundraising target is not the same as funds actually raised. Claims about the size of the gig economy and the platform's expected growth were company projections rather than independently established results.
Employers and contractors should check whether the platform currently operates in their market and review fees, payment protections, and data practices before relying on it. Potential investors should use only current, authorized offering materials and understand that startup securities can be illiquid and lose value. The 2022 campaign story is historical, not a present solicitation.
