Announcement
JobHireHub followed its initial campaign announcement with a notice that its equity-crowdfunding outreach was nearing an end. The company pitched a platform intended to combine job matching, task management, collaboration, and contractor payments. The follow-up brought attention back to its planned white-label job boards and the possibility of partners offering a branded remote-work marketplace.
The surviving Wefunder page describes the business model but also carries an important limitation: it says the page was testing investor interest and that no money would be accepted until a Form C had been filed and an offer could be made through the portal. That disclosure should take priority over promotional wording about a campaign's momentum. The page does not establish that a closing round was completed or that any displayed target was raised.
Because the original deadline has passed, its invitation to participate is no longer actionable. A current user should verify product availability and contract terms, while a prospective investor would need up-to-date offering documents and independent advice. This follow-up should be read as a record of what the startup was advertising at the time, not confirmation of financing success.
