Announcement
MOE Zero Waste Wear and digital-fashion platform Neoki announced a collaboration in December 2023. Their plan centered on a co-creation challenge inviting designers to explore versatile clothing and more resource-conscious fashion. MOE founder Daniel Moe described the partnership as a way to connect the label's material and design principles with a wider creative community.
MOE's own portfolio lists a 2024 Neoki virtual design challenge called Versatile Fashion 2050, giving a concrete example of work that followed the original announcement. The label describes its zero-waste approach through pattern cutting, use of leftover fabrics, and garments designed for longer service. Those are the company's design methods and aims, not a measured claim that any individual garment has no environmental impact.
The initial challenge invitation and deadlines should be treated as historical. Designers interested in current opportunities should check the partners' present channels and terms. The collaboration illustrates how a fashion label can use a digital community to test ideas, while any sustainability claim still depends on materials, production, use, and end-of-life practices.
